We are very excited to be holding our 27th Anniversary show at the spectacular Richmond Hill Theatre. |

Monday, Wednesday & Friday = 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Show Title: Telephone #: 905-787-8811 Website: www.rhcentre.caEveryone that enters the Theatre must have a ticket to watch the performance. If your child is performing in the show and they wish to watch from the audience, they are required to purchase a ticket. Otherwise, they can remain waiting in the lobby or if volunteering, in the dressing rooms with one of our staff supervisors/ECE teachers All parents will be given a backstage pass to drop off and pick up your child. Please do not lose your pass and make sure you have it with you at the recital. Without the pass, no parent will be allowed backstage. Only 1 person can enter the back stage area with a pass. Please be aware that you will only be able to pick up your child during intermission or after the show. There are no in & out privileges during the performance. Please keep in mind that only females are allowed in the girls’ change rooms. We are very strict with our security which helps us to keep your children safe. We will have many volunteers and security to ensure your child’s safety which is our first priority!! |

Picture Day will be held on Sunday May 31st at our Jane location. |

All Dance Zone clients will be able to access online all the Recital Videos (recorded in High Definition) of all our recital shows absolutely FREE. You will be receiving a password for access. This is a $300 value which we are happy to give to our clients as a huge Thank You and our commitment to keep on trying to offer the best service and the best value that any dance studio can offer. |

Both studios will be CLOSED on Monday May 18th. We will be OPEN on Saturday May 16th for regular classes. |

You will be notified when costumes are ready to be picked up, most likely the week of May 25 (week before picture day). Please only pick up on the days your child is dancing. |

Camp: Held at the Jane location.
Drop-Off: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM Pickup: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM Cost: $299.00 plus HST for 2 weeks ($175.00 per person plus HST for 1 week) Additional Cost: $20 per day if early drop off 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM and late pick up 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM is needed ($10 each) Dress: Casual (shorts/ t-shirt/ running shoes) No jeans/dresses/skirts please Method of Payment: Due on 1st day of camp. Direct Debit / Credit Card (3% service charge on credit card transactions only) or Cash; Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment. Summer Camp Form: Register online - www.thedancezone.ca/summer-camp.html Children will be taking part in Jazz, Acro and Hip Hop classes. They will also be participating in games and crafts. They should bring lunch from Monday to Thursday as children will not be allowed to leave the studio premises at all. We will be serving pizza on Fridays. We are only accepting a maximum of 60 children for the Camp. There will be an all female teaching staff with three teachers and six assistants helping with the classes. Children will be divided up into three groups by their age: Group 1 is for ages 4-5, group 2 is for ages 6-8, and group 3 is for ages 9-12. These camps are primarily for non-competitive children. The Summer Camp Registration Form needs to be completed online and emailed to tdancezone@gmail.com We will contact you to confirm receipt of registration. |

We will be holding auditions for both our part-time and full-time competitive teams on Sunday June 7th at the following times:
You will be sent an email invitation based on the recommendations of the teachers. You are more than welcome to attend the audition even if you were not sent an invitation. |
